Important: Once your deletion request is submitted, you will have 24 hours to withdraw it if submitted by mistake. After that period, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.
Before You Begin
Before deleting your account, review what will be removed from your OxeAI experience.
When your account is deleted, you will lose access to:
- Your wellness profile and account history
- Logged data and content, including workout programs, meal photos, macro tracking, and habit schedules
- Custom chat history and personalized insights generated by your AI coach
- Your active OxeAI subscription and any premium features associated with your account
If Your Account Was Compromised
If you believe your account was accessed without your permission, please reach out to support@oxefit.com before submitting a deletion request. This gives our Team a chance to help secure your account and review any unauthorized activity before your data is removed.
Review Your Information First
Before proceeding with account deletion, we recommend that you:
- Review your OxeAI account details
- Save any workout routines, nutrition plans, or habit schedules you may want to keep
- Update the same email address anywhere else it may be connected outside of OxeAI, if applicable
How to Delete Your Account
You can submit an account deletion request through the OxeAI web app as well as through the Apple iOS and Android mobile apps. The following steps are the same across all platforms:
1. Open Settings
Open the Settings menu in your OxeAI account.
2. Select Account Details
Select Account Details.
3. Request account deletion
Scroll down and select Request Account Deletion.
4. Submit your request
Select Submit to confirm your request.
What Happens Next
After you submit your request, you will be directed back to the OxeAI login page.
You will have 24 hours to revoke your deletion request if it was submitted in error. Once that window has passed, the deletion process will be completed, and your account data will be permanently removed from our system.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
